Cancellation Policy
CANCELATION POLICY: If a client cancels within 24 hours of their appointment, a 20% cancellation fee will be charged.
NO SHOW POLICY: If a client fails to show up to their appointment with no knowledge, a 30% cancellation fee will be charged.
LATE POLICY: If client runs late, I allow 15 minutes past the start time of appointment. Anything past 15-20 minutes of being late, will be charged $5-$10 late fee to their appointment.
Anything over 20 minutes will need to be rescheduled, and a DEPOSIT will be required to book again.
